Jeffrey Duquette

Jeff Duquette is the founder of Duquette Law Group, LLC, an intellectual property law firm specializing in patent trademark, and copyright law. With over 20 years of experience, Jeff has extensive experience in preparing and prosecuting both domestic and international patent applications, as well as trademark filings. His work spans a variety of industries, including computer software and hardware, electronics, and mechanical systems. 

Jeff holds a Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School and earned both a Bachelor of Science, with distinction, and Master of Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He is a member of the Massachusetts bar, is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and has been admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals, Federal Circuit.

In addition to his legal practice, Jeff has a love for music and nonprofit work and actively supports a number of organizations in these areas. Currently, he serves on Board of Directors at WICN Public Radio, a Worcester-area jazz radio station. Additionally, Jeff is an Affiliate Research Associate at the Electric Guitar Innovation Lab at WPI and serves on the Advisory Board with the Songwriters of North America, an advocacy group for songwriters’ rights.
